ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED WITH A CREDIT CARD, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Last minute things come up! We understand and will work to reschedule your appointment. We require 6 hours notice prior to your appointment time.

You are considered a cancellation if:

  • You don't show up for your appointment.

  • You arrive 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time and there is no availability to complete the service(s).

  • We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals and you are liable to forfeiting your time slot.

  • You provide less than 6 hours cancellation notice.

NO SHOWS:

Upon any bookings, a credit card must be placed to hold your appointment. A fee of 100% of the missed services will be charged to the credit card, and no promotions or discounts will be applied.

If you cancel the appointment with 6 or more hours notice, you will not be charged.

LATE ARRIVAL/MISSED SERVICES/REDUCED SERVICES:

Upon any bookings, a credit card must be placed to hold your appointment. A fee of 50% of the missed services will be charged to the credit card, and no promotions or discounts will be applied. We cannot guarantee service for late arrivals, as there may not be sufficient time to provide service prior to the next client's appointment.

(EG: full leg booked but arrived late with only sufficient time to do lower leg. You would be charged lower leg ($32) PLUS 50% of cost of upper leg missed service ($36), so $32 + $18 = $50 + taxes).

If you provide 6 or more hours notice to reduce services, you will not be charged.

CANCEL/RESCHEDULING:

If you provide less than 6 hours notice, this will be considered a missed service as above.

A fee of 50% of the rescheduled service will be charged, and no promotions or discounts will be applied.

(EG: Brazilian appointment ($53) requires $26.50 penalty fee).

If you provide 6 or more hours notice to reschedule services, you will not be charged.

If we need to charge your card due to late arrival, no show or less than 6 hours notice and it is unable to process funds, we cancel all future appointments until you have paid what is owed and updated the card on your file.

OTHER POLICIES

Only one client is permitted in a service room at a time. This is due to room size limitations and for client privacy. The only exception to this is if a parent or guardian is accompanied by a minor under the age of 17.

We do not accept returns.  Every product is final sale.

Should you find that ANYTHING wasn’t just right about your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will be happy to make it perfect!

We politely request no children under the age of 12 at Nova Wax Bar Ltd. This is due to the liability associated with children injuring themselves and for the safety and comfort of other clients.
